When pre-ordering, you have two options.

The first option is to order a SIGNED, paperback copy through this site.  If you order this version, you will have it by the official release date of March 3rd, 2017. To make sure that you receive your signed copy by the official release date, please try to order it by February 3rd, 2017. This will give me time to get it printed, shipped to me, signed, and sent to you.
